Ingredients:

1 cup Buttermilk Flourish Pancakes Mix

1 cup water

2 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives

1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tbsp olive oil (plus more for greasing)

4 slices of your favourite cheese.... or as much as your heart desires!
Instructions:

Preheat waffle iron and grease with oil or non-stick cooking spray

Combine all ingredients except for cheese.

Cook waffles, remove waffles and reduce heat.

Separate waffles into 4 squares

Place 2 squares back into the waffle maker, top with cheese and then the other two waffles

Close the waffle maker and cook for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted

Remove from waffle maker and enjoy immediately
