Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup Flourish Protein Pancake Mix
- 1 cup water
- Oil for frying
- Powdered Sugar for sprinkling
- Any other toppings (fruit, chocolate sauce, whipped cream)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, whisk together Flourish and water. Mix until batter is nice and smooth with no clumps.
- Place a large skillet or large pot over medium heat and fill halfway with oil. Heat the oil to 350°F.
- Transfer batter into a squeeze bottle, or bag, and pour onto hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown and then flip.
- Once cooked, move the funnel cake on a paper towel to soak up the excess oil.
- Plate, top with your choice of toppings and enjoy!
