Ingredients:
- 1 cup your choice of Flourish Protein Pancake Mix
- ¾ cup water
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Optional fillings:
- 1 Banana or
- 1 package of Bacon (500g) or
- 1 chocolate bar
Instructions:
Bacon Dippers
- Cook bacon and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together Flourish Protein Pancake Mix (Buttermilk is our pick for this combination). Pour batter into a squeeze bottle.
- On a large skillet over medium-low heat, melt coconut oil.
- Squeeze batter in a long oval shape a little longer and wider than the bacon and place a slice of cooked bacon in the center. Lightly press bacon into the batter.
- Squeeze more batter over the bacon. Let cook until golden, 2 minutes per side.
- Serve with melted chocolate for dipping.
Banana Dippers
- In a large bowl, whisk together Flourish Protein Pancake Mix (Vanilla is our pick for this combination).
- Slice the banana into long strips and dip in pancake batter.
- On a large skillet over medium-low heat, melt coconut oil. Add dipped bananas and let cook until golden, 2 minutes per side.
- Serve with melted chocolate for dipping.
Double Chocolate Dippers
- Freeze the candy bars.
- In a large bowl, whisk together Flourish Protein Pancake Mix (Chocolate is our pick for this combination). Pour batter into a squeeze bottle.
- Chop chocolate bars into long strips.
- On a large skillet over medium-low heat, melt coconut oil.
- Squeeze batter in a long oval shape a little longer and wider than the chocolate and a place chocolate bar piece in the center. Lightly press into the batter.
- Squeeze more batter over the bacon. Let cook until golden, 2 minutes per side.
- Serve with melted chocolate for dipping.
