Ingredients:

1 cup Flourish Protein Pancake Mix (Flavour is up to you, we love to use vanilla)

1 cup granulated erythritol

¼ tsp salt

4 large egg whites

1 tsp vanilla extract

4 tbsp coconut oil, melted
Instructions:

Preheat your waffle maker.

In a large bowl mix together Flourish Protein Pancake Mix, sugar, and salt and whisk until combined. Then add egg whites, vanilla, and coconut oil. Whisk until combined.

Scoop batter into waffle maker and cook from approx 1 -1 ½ minutes.

As soon as the waffle is done pull out and place in a bowl and push down with a cup. Wait about 5 minutes for waffle to set.

Remove and fill with your favourite meal like overnight oats, avocado & eggs, or treat yourself with a frozen yogurt cup.
