Ingredients:
Pizza Dough
- 1 ½ cup Flourish Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix
- ⅓ cup warm water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Optional Summer Bruschetta Topping
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, chopped
- 1 peach, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- ¼ cup onion, minced
- 12 balls (60g) mini bocconcini
- Fresh basil
- Balsamic glaze
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Combine, Flourish Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix, water, and olive oil. Form into a soft dough
- Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll each into a 4" circle
- Top each crust with a drizzle of olive oil, tomatoes, peach, garlic, onion, and bocconcini mixture.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the crust is golden. Top with fresh and balsamic glaze.
