Great question! Whey Protein is known to be one of nature's cleanest forms of protein. The protein in whey is made up of contents that are extracted from milk and is very rich in BCAA's and Glutamine. The whey protein concentrate is micro-filtered with no heat treatment to produce extra pure protein!

Together, this ultimately makes whey protein able to help muscle protein synthesis, support fat burning, boost the immune system, improve insulin sensitivity, and decrease appetite. It's also known to boost production of glutathione, your body's master antioxidant. 

All of our ingredients are organically sourced from reliable suppliers. We only use the highest quality of ingredients in our products (which results in some incredible flavours!). If it is going to your home, it has to be perfect!

Each serving contains 2-3 medium-sized pancakes!

Flourish is safe for kids of all ages, however we always recommend consulting with your pediatrician and adjusting the serving size according to their suggested daily protein intake!

Flourish is all about providing healthy eating solutions to everyone! Because of this, we offer a gluten-free mix that just happens to be plant-based, too! You can choose between Original and Chocolate Chip flavours, which are both:

Flourish's High Protein Whey-based and Plant-based lines are proudly nut-free and school-safe! They are manufactured in a nut-free facility.

Our Keto mix is made with almond flour so it does contain almonds, and is manufactured in a facility that processes nuts.

All of our products are free from all seed oils, and they always have been. We are committed to finding the best, natural ingredients to nourish you and your family!

While our products do contain mostly kosher ingredients, our products are not certified as kosher at this time.

Yes, Flourish mixes are safe for you to eat if you have a corn intolerance or allergy.

Corn intolerances and/or allergies are based on a protein called Zein. Soluble Corn Fibre is made from Cornstarch and doesn’t contain any of the protein - just 100% Cornstarch!

We start processing your order the moment it is placed. So, if you change your mind and would like to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP via email (hello@flourishpancakes.com) so we can try to cancel it before our fulfillment team begins packing it. Once your order has been fulfilled, we are unable to cancel it.

Please note that our Customer Support team is very small, so during peak periods, please expect a response within up to 12 hours!

We aim to register, prepare, and fulfill your order within 3-7 business days. After that, your package is in the hands of our shipping partners and a tracking number will be provided to you via email! Shipping estimates are calculated by the courier company at checkout based on the location information that you've provided.

All orders that qualify for free express shipping are shipped using one of our reliable shipping partners.

How do I qualify?

The threshold for free express shipping is on all orders over $40 CAD. This is calculated at checkout. Your order must be over $40 CAD before taxes are applied. If you are using a discount code, free shipping is only available for orders that are over $40 after discounts are applied.

While we currently ship to Canada and the US, we are unable to ship worldwide at this time. However, we hope to someday!

For now, international shipping is available when you shop Flourish at Amazon.com.

If your order arrived incomplete, we're sorry! But, mistakes do happen. We'll issue a hassle-free replacement right away at no extra cost to you. Contact our Customer Happiness Team to let us know.

Got some flavours that you didn't pay for? Congrats! It looks like you just earned yourself some free Flourish. Don't go out of your way to ship this back. It's better in your hands (and tummy) than ours!

Fullfillment
Our fulfillment promise is that all orders are shipped out with 1-3 business day! If an order is placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it will be fulfilled the following business day. Fulfillment time is the time required for our team to approve, process, package and have your order picked up by Canada Post.

Shipping
Please keep in mind that shipping estimates provided at checkout are not including fulfillment time and are represented in business days only. Packages will not arrive on weekends.

Expect 2-4 business days in Ontario and 4-8 business days to the rest of Canada.

If you ordered the wrong flavour by accident and your order has already shipped out, we cannot process an exchange due to food safety regulations.

However, if you would like to repurchase the correct flavour, reach out to our Customer Support Team and they can provide you with an exclusive discount code to make up for it!

We guarantee you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If you’re not quite there, reach out within 30 days for a refund. We examine each request on a case-by-case basis in order to ensure transparency. You may be asked to return the products purchased in order to receive your refund.
