Ingredients:
- ž cup Flourish Protein Pancake Mix
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- A pinch salt
- 1 egg, large
- ½ cup coconut sugar
- Âź cup non-dairy milk
- Âź cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp coconut oil, meltedÂ
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Flourish, baking powder, cornstarch, and salt, and whisk to combine.Â
- Add the egg, coconut sugar, non-dairy milk, water, melted coconut oil and vanilla extract. Gradually whisk the ingredients until well combined.
- Preheat bubble waffle maker according to manufacturer's directions.
- Place 3/4 cup of the batter into the bubble maker and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side if using a hand held waffle maker or 5 minutes if using an electric bubble waffle maker.Â
- Serve with desired toppings.
