Instructions
-
In a large bowl, whisk together Flourish Birthday Cake Mix and water (or milk) until combined.
-
Heat a griddle or pan over medium-high heat. Scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately ⅓ of the batter (make 3 large pancakes).
-
Cook until bubbles form, about 2 to 3 minutes. Flip and cook until browned on the other side. Repeat with remaining batter.
-
Let the pancakes cool for 5 minutes.
-
Crumble the pancakes using your hands. Make sure there are no large lumps.
-
Add in greek yogurt and mix until everything is combined.
-
Roll out 12 balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
-
Melt your chocolate by microwaving in increments for 15 seconds until completely smooth.
-
Dip the end of the cake pop stick into white chocolate and then into the ball. Place in freezer to chill for 20 minutes.
-
Melt chocolate, take balls out of freezer and dip until coated completely in chocolate. Add sprinkles, if desired.
-
Refrigerate at least 10 minutes before eating.
-
Sprinkle powdered sugar on pops and serve with maple syrup. Enjoy!
