Ingredients


Batter


  • 2 cups (244g) Flourish Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup (120g) greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup (80ml) Water  *or milk of choice

Optional Toppings


  • ½ banana
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • 1 tbsp mini Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
  2. Grease a 13 x18 baking sheet with cooking spray.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together Flourish, eggs, yogurt and water until combined.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared baking sheet, spread out evenly.
  5. Sprinkle desired toppings over top.
  6. Bake until golden brown, 15-17 minutes.
  7. Cut up into 8 equal squares and serve with maple syrup!
