Ingredients
Batter
- 2 cups (244g) Flourish Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup (120g) greek yogurt
- ⅓ cup (80ml) Water *or milk of choice
Optional Toppings
- ½ banana
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup raspberries
- 1 tbsp mini Chocolate Chips

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
- Grease a 13 x18 baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together Flourish, eggs, yogurt and water until combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared baking sheet, spread out evenly.
- Sprinkle desired toppings over top.
- Bake until golden brown, 15-17 minutes.
- Cut up into 8 equal squares and serve with maple syrup!
