Ingredients
Dough
- ⅓ cup Flourish Pumpkin Spice Protein Pancake Mix
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp non-dairy milk
Cinnamon-Filling
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Cream Cheese Frosting
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tsp greek yogurt
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F.
- In a medium bowl, combine Flourish Pumpkin Spice Pancake Mix, greek yogurt, and milk together until a dough begins to form.
- Sprinkle Flourish Mix on a clean surface, and roll dough into a rectangle (about ¼" thick)
- In a small bowl, whisk together coconut oil, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Spread the filling evenly over the dough.
- Slice dough into 2 even rectangles and roll.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together cream cheese, greek yogurt, and vanilla extract and pour over the cinnamon bun.
