⅔ cup Flourish Gingerbread Protein Pancake Mix*

½ cup Eggnog
*Option to sub with Flourish Buttermilk or Vanilla Protein Pancake Mix, just add a ½ tsp of nutmeg and cinnamon.
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk Flourish and eggnog together.
- Pour batter into small circles on a medium-hot, lightly oiled pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes, then flip and finish cooking on the other side for another minute.
- Serve with your favourite toppings!
