Healthy Recipe: Mini Egg Pancakes

1 cup Buttermilk Flourish Pancakes Protein Pancake & Waffle Mix
1/3 cup water
20g chocolate protein powder
1/3 cup vanilla greek yogurt
Crushed easter M&M's
Mini chocolate easter eggs
Combine pancake mix with water until it has a thick consistency.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, and add a tsp of oil.
Pour some of the pancake batter onto the skillet. After 2-3 minutes, flip the pancake and cook the other side.
Repeat step 3 for the remaining batter.
Stack the pancakes.
Mix protein powder with greek yogurt, then pour on top of pancake stack.
Add chopped M&M's.
Add chocolate easter eggs.
Optional: top with syrup.
