Healthy Recipe: Protein Glazed Donuts

2 cups (240g) Flourish Vanilla Protein Pancake Mix
1 tsp (5g) baking powder
½ tsp (1g) ground nutmeg
1 cup (250g) non-fat greek yogurt
1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
2 tbsp (45g) greek yogurt
¼ tsp (1ml) vanilla
In a large bowl, whisk Flourish Vanilla Protein Pancake Mix, baking powder, and nutmeg together.
Add in greek yogurt and vanilla extract and mix until a dough forms.
Knead dough for 2-3 minutes on a lightly floured surface. Separate into 8 equal balls.
Pinch a hole in the center of the ball and form a ring.
OVEN: Preheat oven 350F. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
AIR FRY: 400F for 6 minutes.
While donuts cook, make the glaze by whisking together the powdered sugar, greek yogurt and vanilla extract.
Let donuts cool completely. Dip in glaze and let dry on a wire rack then enjoy!
