Protein Pizza Pancakes

Servings 8 - 10 pancakes
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic salt
1 cup almond milk
2 eggs
¾ cup shredded marble cheese (you can use your favourite)
½ cup cooked bacon, chopped (or sausage)
¼ cup green pepper, chopped
¼ cup red pepper, chopped
Pizza sauce, for dipping
Heat skillet over medium heat and grease.
In a large bowl, combine the Flourish Buttermilk Pancake Mix, Italian seasoning and garlic salt.
In a medium bowl, combine eggs and milk and stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in the cheese, peppers, and bacon.
Pour approximately ⅓ cup onto a hot skillet and cook until bubbles form on top. Flip and cook until golden brown.
Cut pancakes with pizza cutter into 4 triangles, garnish with Parmesan cheese, if desired, and serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
