Ingredients
- ¼ cup (25g) Flourish Chocolate Protein Pancake Mix
- 1-2 tbsp (15-30g) sweetener of choice
- 2 tbsp (10g) cocoa powder
- Pinch of salt
- ⅓ cup (85g) greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp (30ml) milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a ramekin and lightly dust it with cocoa powder to prevent sticking. Set it aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together Flourish, sweetener, cocoa powder, and salt.
Add the Greek yogurt and milk to the dry ingredients, and stir until a smooth batter forms.
Pour the batter into the prepared ramekin. Place the piece of chocolate in the center, pressing it down slightly and covering it with batter.
Bake for 22–25 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center remains soft.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before enjoying the warm, gooey lava cake!
