Combine your ingredients in a microwave safe mug, then bake in the microwave, oven, or air fryer - depending on how urgently you need your sweet tooth satisfied!

Ingredients:
- ⅓ cup (35g) Flourish Chocolate Protein Pancake Mix
- 1 tbsp (5g) cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp (50g) greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp milk of choice (or water)
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Light Maple Syrup
Optional Mix-Ins
- 1 tsp (5g) sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1 tsp (5g) chopped walnuts
Instructions:
- In a microwave safe mug or bowl, stir Flourish Chocolate Protein Pancake Mix, cocoa powder, greek yogurt, milk, and syrup together. Mix well, until all ingredients are combined.
